There’s so much mixed advice regarding diets,what you should and shouldn’t eat, recommended daily allowance yarda yarda. Monkey Magic
Monkey Magic… nothing to do with that classic TV series Monkey… it’s the feedback that many members of the Kung Fu Schools gave when I sent out the email via Survey Monkey asking you a few questions. I was really pleased and a little surprised (the % of replies is usually very low for surveys) to see how many people had taken the time to complete the survey. The feedback was very useful, Alan, Lindsey & I have spent hours pouring over the information and would like to give a little feedback. The main areas that came out were how
