Santa’s CrAzY 2012 fat loss plan

Why I think about you in the shower
Once in a while… I get stuck for ideas. Considering how many classes and private lessons, seminars and workshops I’m working on can put a serious damper on one’s productivity mojo. Caution When Stretching
I often write and talk about squeezing in extra training wherever possible. You may have seen my latest clip on youtube martial arts training tips – while washing up This morning I was doing exactly the same except I was wearing a dressing gown instead. I hadn’t noticed Leo my 15 month old son wander underneath my dressing gown while my leg was stretched out along the worktop.
